Unable to buy Destiny the Collection upgrade

I have taken King on 360, and recently bought my Xbox one the other day. I went to buy the collection upgrade but it just says coming soon (I did this on the Xbox one marketplace) why isn't it allowing me to buy it ? I only have taken King for 360, so it should let me

try buying the legendary edition, includes taking king and all expansions and destiny. worked for me
