***Secondaries are ruining the game***
The title says it all. Secondaries are ruining the game because Bungie nerfed primaries into the ground. I'm not saying nobody uses primaries but the usage of secondaries is outa control.
They should just rename the game Sniper Elite(that ones taken though) or Shotgun City. Hahaa!

I agree but I'm not complaining as I am a shotgun user but that's really only because people rush me and the primaries don't kill them quick enough. So, I need something to defend with and I'm not a great sniper. I just started picking up fusions again. Man, I feel like fusions are a hidden gem as no one ever uses them. Have had some really good games with them lately.

It's not like secondaries are OP, it's just that most primaries have been needed hard and the ones that didn't get needed are the most annoying **cough cough universal remote cough cough**. Bungee needs to fix this before or during rise of iron because now destiny is just not fun to play anymore. And when people like sure start selling universal when shotguns are being used left and right, that doesn't help the situation, #RIPCrucible #GetRidOfUniversal

2 RepliesThere is no problem with sidearm, fusions and shotguns the problem is the snipers fest in the crucible and that because Bungie @cozmo @deej nerf the primaria to much the penalty for the shotguns are huge but fpr the other way snipers have 0 real challenge under fire or not they still hitting U in the face. Hidden hand Poor flinch To much movility while is aim Low zoom scopes Those things together made the sniper party in destiny.

Snipers could use a little less aim assist, but the real issue is that a shotgun blitz can often ignore primary fire from almost anything, close distance and kill you. Even if they only have a sliver of health left, that's still a loss for you. All primaries need a slight buff, not necessarily damage.

1 ReplyThey need to add flinch to primary weapons that will end the sniper war. The two quick body shots need to go away. Shotguns well I don't see a big issue there anymore as if your that close what else are you going to use. Side arms need a huge buff they are crap. I have notice fusion rifles coming back slowly but they could use a small buff to RoF. If you land a full burst from a plus rifle the sniper should loose target acquisition. Same with two head shots from a scout or one from a hand cannon. Unflinching should give you a little time before the flinch occurs and we are all happy.

Something must have recently happened because I'm seeing a good deal less of people sniping. Maybe I've just been lucky but shotguns are looking like they're maybe making another go around instead. Being a blinkdancer I'm pleased with this.
