It's on my hunter and I played with it for a second before I got on a plane to the east coast.....seems like it could melt if it's in the right hands??? Anyone ever used it?
-
Have one with rifled barrel or explosive rounds, icarus, and reactive reload. Forget the scopes. It shmelts
-
I got a 330 one and used it for infusion. I have a year one scout rifle that has almost max stability and does over 70 damage to the head in pvp, and it's pretty much all around better.
-
I use my rapier as my go-to when the map calls for a scout. If you could somehow get crowd control and stability that would be a god roll in my opinion. With crowd control it will 3 shot to the head.
-
The roll sucks, it's probably and instant dismantle
-
Got a firefly crowd control Hand laid stock to drop with the fast draw is sights love that monster it has no recoil
-
My favorite Scout archetype is the MIDA (hyped that legendary ones are coming back) but it's a solid one. My personal fave is NA3D1 Salvation State with Crowd Control and Luck in the Chamber.
-
It's good but you got terrible perks. Who's next and guerrilla fighter... I'd dismantle it 100%
-
Who's next encourages me to dismantle the weapon REGARDLESS of the weapon
-
One of the best scouts I've had, and it freaking disappeared from my inventory. I had a good roll with high stability and range and a good scope. Extra damage from cover. I destroyed with that gun in Crucible and want it back. Just have to hope I get another one to drop. It's like a slightly weaker but faster shooting Colovance's Duty, which is my second favorite non-Mida scout rifle.
-
It was my go to weapon for raids back in vault of glass days. It's great, just get reload gauntlets for it and gun some nerds down.
-
I had the 365 version

Edited by RAIST5150: 8/26/2016 10:49:27 PMGot one that dropped with a higher light than my Last Extremity. But never could get comfortable with it...always kept flipping back to the LE I had. Eventually used it to bump LE's light up. Forget what perks were on it....perhaps with a better roll it would have been a keeper. Just gonna have to put it through it's paces to see how it handles for you, really. Kind of in the same boat again with an NL Shadow I got. Used a drop to bump it up over 300 and it is a fun gun....but just can't decide if it is a keeper just yet.

Great gun.

Nice dude

It was my fav scout rifle in year 1

goes to view hunter, not equiped

The Saterine Rapier is a very good scout rifle. I have one with hotswap/hand laid stock/army of one. I never really liked Hung Jury very much when compared to my MIDA. This one does come very close. ROF is a little slower but you will hit stuff a little harder. Here is a good review. http://planetdestiny.com/best-scout-rifles-year-two/ Scroll towards the bottom & watch the "Top Scout Rifles Legendary Review" The only thing I can say against her is the 13 round mag. Just miss my 27 round MIDA days...
-
It's good but I liked the other crucible scout rifle in Crota's End. I forgot what it's called.
-
The only bad thing is it only has 13 bullets in the mag.

Edited by VVeenus5060: 8/26/2016 8:13:20 PMmy favorite primary in the game right now..second favorite weapon behind invective.. i have one on my warlock and one on my hunter check em out...been favkring the one with high caliber rounds over the explosive rounds but do well with both
-
It's a great gun
-
Any gun can melt in the right hands. I believe the rapier is the most common archetype of scouts.
-
Personally I don't care for it. Its ok but I like my hung jury
-
Super solid weapon, not op at all but very reliable especially in maps like frontier
-
Yes. Very good all-purpose scout rifle.
