The "Yes / No" emotes
I don't have the "No" emote i couldn't find it in the emote kiosk and i didn't get it before.
Can i get some assistance, please ?

Might help if your pic was the right way up and showed both pages of the kiosk lol As for the issue, I've seen people have this problem before, only time it was resolved was when someone pointed out the emote is called 'Nope' not 'No' if that's any use?
