At what point do you consider it "not worth infusing"? What's the minimal gain on a favorite weapon you're willing infuse another on into; 1, 2, 5, 10, more? In other words, you have your 323 Hawksaw that you use all of the time & you get a 325 weapon with a real bad roll, do you infuse your Hawksaw for an increase of 2 or do you dust off one of your guns from the past with a 280 light & bring it back to life?

Might as well infuse it if it's a legend legendary marks easy to get a replace . Exotics on other had only if RNG is good to you and you got a stock pile of exotic shards.

Me and my friends just made a clan named Written In BLOODx We are looking for some chill people to do Trials of Osiris Raids: All of them any-times Any Difficulty Nightfall Strikes Vanguard Strikes Crucible Iron Banner Basically we are looking for active people to play with on a daily basis we are chill people with a sense of humor and we are just looking for some more people to hang out and play destiny with. Gamertags are basically the same as our names in the clan.

I tend to have OCD when it comes to not being the highest possible level, so I make sure I'm always at 335. Exotics are easier to infuse into one another because if you infuse one exotic in to one you want to try out and it turns out you don't like it, you can just buy it again and reinfuse it back up.

I'm looking for the largest light gain. I have about 4-6 guns I use so it's pretty simple to spread out the light. When I get closer to max light then I'm less stingy but it's all about max gains until about that last 5 light.
-
At this point of the ttk if it doesn't have a good roll infuse it, if its good keep it. In less than a month we will have infusion gear up to 380. No point dismantling gear that we could've kept.
-
At this point if the Infusion Material in question is not 334+ I dismantle it. Even then I sometimes just wait to get 335 gear.
-
I just bring up the lowest gun I carry on me. So, even if it's 1 light level, its worth.
-
Say I get a Gunsmith weapon, 280, and a really bad 297, infuse it. That a perfect light gain.
-
Keep the good rolls, save them for the new levels. Scrap the old. Or save the old for legendary marks thats my plan.
-
Bad roll guns are pointless
-
I infuse from 334 to 335 all the time. Why would I keep a 335 with a bad roll?
-
I try to keep it at at least a gain of 2 but if I have a 334 I like, its getting a infusion
-
Bring another gun up to 325. Dont get rid of a gun you are comfortable with.
-
"you have your 323 Hawksaw that you use all of the time" If you use it all or most of the time, why would you upgrade something else first? I use the rule "upgrade what I use first". It doesn't cost much to upgrade a legendary, and the higher you are, the more 335 gear you get. Well, at least that's what Bungie claims. hahahahahaha
-
I'd infuse the Hawksaw.

Save the gun with the better roll. As far as armor goes check tower ghost app if its not green use it to infuse.
