Any pve buff is a good one
-
The game is better off without elemental primaries. But PVE weapons need an across the board buff...and primaries in PVP need them as well. The nerfs to weapons in Year Two to benefit PVP and raise the TTK, hit PVE play hard. ...and the buffs in the most recent weapon rebalancing only took a few steps towards fixing that situation.

Increase reserve ammo on all special and heavy weapons, back to where it was before bungie communism took over.
-
Or you know, we could just increase the reserve ammo on everything except fusion rifles. Because everything's reserve ammo has been nerfed. Why would you just say a select few?

"Ey.. That's pretty good"
-
Everything but Sleeper and infusion on this list is good.

The ammo need a huge buff
-
No Land Beyond and Universal Remote: Increase reserve ammo because two to four magazines is not enough for a primary weapon.

buff the last word for pve!
