It is to weak and I don't use it because the sights suck, pop gets out gunned every freaking time so no one ever uses it. Tell me the last time u ever seen someone use it
-
Ummmm.... Just saying, it is the single BEST boss melting primary in the game. Nothing else even comes close.
-
The gun has a steep learning curve and requires a lot of practice to master in PvP. It's aim assist and stability is worse than all legendary pulse rifles, and on top they add too much glare in the sights. The gun needs a slight stability boost and just to fix the sights a bit in order to be more competitive as an exotic. It especially needs this because the low rate of fire pulse rifles in the current meta cannot compete easily versus guns like hawksaw. I can do quite well with it in PvP but that's because I have practiced non stop with it. I also have to try extremely hard to win my engagements with this gun where as others who use hawksaw get easy street. That's also where the problem lies.
-
I find it funny that you had to go thru a lot to get this weapon(really cool vault of glass mission etc) and the weapon is trash
-
It NEEDS the same sights as the strangers rifle. I don't know where they came up with the abomination that it current has.
-
I see nothing wrong with it, love its sights, I never notice the muzzle flash and find it great in mid range engagements. This weapon does not need a buff! Find how it works and use it like that, if I doesn't fit your play style then don't cry to buff it, grow up and learn its pros and cons
-
Last game, I'm using it. It's not as bad as u make it sound and the scope is fine. I guess it's kinda bad compared to high RoF pulse rifles but that's the problem with the meta. This meta is the high RoF meta

Edited by ThisMahSwamp: 8/18/2016 6:53:09 PMStability is it's main issue...in terms of its usefulness in PvP. Otherwise, it works well in strikes...particularly on large bosses with large crit areas. IMO, NTTE is at home in PvE activities. I don't foresee them doing much if anything to the gun.
-
That guns is so good if only the sights and muzzle Flash got fixed.
-
Change the sights, I can't use it because of them.
-
Fix the sight and the muzzle flash. Then it will be great
-
I use all the time against golgoroth. Not as good as the spindle in such scenarios, but it is pretty damn effective due to Golgoroth's giant weak spot.
-
it's ok, I usally like it compared to others pulse that take longer to kill
-
Just decrease the flash on the muzzle like they did with Bad Juju. Otherwise it's the archetype competition that's the problem.
-
Bungie: We don't even have time to explain why we won't buff the no time to explain.
-
No time to explain buff? You should definitely take the time to explain it. Okay, bad joke. I'll see myself out.
-
-
First time I ever used it was today for Coe. Great gun when there's a juggler modify. And back in the vault it goes
-
an extra 10-16+ impact and this gun would be amazing.
-
Beat someone using it in trials this weekend, there were also 2 people using it in iron banner yesterday. Your point is almost as irrelevant as your vocabulary.
-
I used it last night on Iron Banner for fun def not a go to for PVP but I will break it out on a ultra for the return to mag perk is awesome!
-
All Med and Low ROF PR need a damage buff . The low ROF PR like Spare change should be able to 2 burst kill . I miss using bad juju in crucible but the damage is weak I lose to Hawksaw and PDX45 all the time . Plus I think PR need a slight stability and range increase
-
That whole archetype needs to be buffed
-
It also took a lot of time to do this like watching utube to find the ghosts instead of maybe trials or getting a long bow that's actually good unlike gireula fighter and speed reload
-
This weapon was actually good in pvp earlier this year until some pulse rifles nerf which I can't remember made it less effective. It's spread was tight. I could land all head shots per burst AND from optimal scout rifle range. I didn't give it enough attention back then and now I regret not having used it enough pre-nerf
-
Give it more Range and Stability. I don't really see this weapon as a PVP weapon due to the archetype that it is in.
-
I used it just yesterday in the iron banner, and I didn't think it was that bad.
