Question about The Destiny Collection...

Hi, last-gen (360) player here. Yesterday I saw the trailer for the Destiny Collection (base game + all DLC's) and I figured that this would be a great time to hop on over to next-gen. What I wonder though is if I move over to Xbox One from 360, will all my characters and all their related inventories etc. carry over? I'm not very keen on the thought of starting over. Thanks Sable
