We all know how the Exo stranger gets around. She is a time traveler and is trying to end the vex. Well if you think back to Kabr and his team, they are also trying to end the vex. Assuming that the Gorgons did in fact thrust the team into another dimension, it would make sense that the Exo stranger simply teleported out. And is looking for a way to save Kabr and Praedyth through the use of Vex technology.
On that thought, what is this SIVA I keep seeing? And if anyone is up too it? Any ideas on how the fallen originated?

You'd be better served with the "Maya Sundaresh is the Exo Stranger" theory. 1. The Ishtar scientists sent their digital copies to explore the vex network 2. They had to use what sounds like a rudimentary Exo frame to get to the gate 3. The Ishtar scientists built a time viewing device and are implied to be the progenitors of the FWC 4. The FWC and Exo stranger use near identical data entry formats for their logs. (FWC subjects viewing timelines have the tag CHASM and Exo Stranger logs have the word BRIDGE)

Well what if the Exo stranger if someone from the future and has to protect you because she lived in a future where the darkness took everything and figured out that you were the sole savior and once you kill the black garden her future and won't exist anymore and that is why her weapon is from the future and don't see her anymore

I thought pahanin was killed by dregden yor
-
No, the Stranger is obviously Maya Sundaresh.

This is a theory that I firmly believe myself. The Exo Stranger is tied in with Osiris In the campaign, The Stranger shows a seething hatred for the vex. And Osiris is continually trying to understand the vex and destroy them. Now I'm not saying that Osiris made the The Stranger, but doesn't it seem weird. Maybe Osiris had finally figured out the Vex's time travel ability and was able to use it. Or atleast the teleporting tech (Like what the Exo Stranger uses). As of the TTK, it doesn't seem so unlikely that these legends we've heard about have died already ( Praedyth ). In fact, maybe it isnt so unlikely that Osiris suffered the same fate as Praedyth. THE MESSENGER AND THE SCHOLAR I'm sure you've heard of the ToO weapons called The Scholar and the Messenger. Many names of the weapons in Destiny are based off their lore. And as we all know, Osiris was a Scholar of the Vex ( The Scholar ). And the Exo Stranger was seemingly sending us a message that the fate of our future lied with the black garden ( Vex controlled ) ( The Messanger ). What if Osiris figured out something that we didn't, what if he utilized the vex tech to figure out the future, and he told the Stranger to deliver the message.

Pahanin is referred to as "himself" in the Paradox mission.
-
I thought your first sentence said, "We all know the exo stranger gets around."
that robovag
Pahanin's dead. He didn't even die in the vault, he got killed by Dregen Yor. Kabr died to become the shield which is the only thing that could crack the Templar's shield. (And allow you to even make it to the gorgons on that note) Preadyth was the only one who got stuck in the vault but he's basically in a cage.

Pahanin was murdered by Dredgen Yor.

Well if you think back to Kabr and his team, they are also trying to end the vex.
So Kabr and his Fireteam were originally inspired by Osiris' teachings and because of that went to raid the Vault.
Assuming that the Gorgons did in fact thrust the team into another dimension, it would make sense that the Exo stranger simply teleported out.
Okay, so here's the thing: that's not how Gorgons work. Gorgons have the ability to mark a target and basically eliminate them from time itself, essentially making it so they didn't exist. Not only that, but the Stranger isn't even a Guardian. She can't teleport, but she can hop from timeline to timeline.(think alternate universes) She was never in the Vault.
And is looking for a way to save Kabr and Praedyth through the use of Vex technology.
Kabr was assimilated into the Vex long ago. There is no saving him. He's not even Kabr anymore. As for Praedyth, he is locked away by the Vex. Adrift in time itself. I may be impossible to find him and rescue him. Only time will tell. Oh, and lastly, Pahanin is dead. He went at least somewhat insane and fled the Vault of Glass and created the Super Good Advice, thinking that as long as there as another mind to perceive him, he could always have proof that he exists. He was later murdered by Dredgen Yor on Mars after an indeterminate span of time. Here is some info on The Vault of Glass and The Exo Stranger.

If I recall correctly, Pahanin was killed, not during the Assault on the Vault of Glass, but during Dredgen Yor's bloody swathe through the Crucible. With his gun, Thorn, twisted and brutalized by the Hive, he dethroned and possibly killed Thalor who was the reigning champion at the time. We don't know for sure he is dead but is implied so by the Titan mark the Speaker sells to us.

But as an actual reply: Pahanin was a guardian, born of the light of the traveler. The Stranger was not forged in light.

Edited by filwilliamson: 7/25/2016 12:16:20 AMFor the record Pahinin is a guy. The Stranger is a girl.

Edited by Haffoc: 7/25/2016 7:46:04 AMThe main consensus is that she is one of the Ishtar scientists. They were messing around with remote bodies (pre-Exo) to explore the citadel. Most likely one of the clones of Maya Sundaresh. Maya went on to work on a device (ISR) based on what they had learnt. She missed Chioma so she was partially using the device to find her. She came across this in one of the sessions.
I heard you, my love. I was at six, oscillating on the event axis, coordinated with a known manifold. I heard you. You were talking to me — not me, but another me, another Maya Sundaresh. You said, my love, so many strange things have happened, and it’s been so long. We’ve come so far. Do you ever want to go home? And I said, not me but the other me, I said, my love, I am always home.
So it could be this Maya, or one of the clones, or a Maya from an alternate timeline.

Edited by Dank the Duck: 7/24/2016 7:59:43 AMI think it was hinted somewhere in the lore that her real name was Siberia or something like that. It was during one of the FWC tests when they awakened an exo for the sole purpose of sending it into the future. My guess is that she probably stayed there and came back to make contact with us as we would play a role in either the traveler's or darkness' downfall. Most tests failed with the FWC as they all died or went insane but it doesn't tell us what happened to Siberia.
-
No. But I do believe Stranger was in the Vault with them

The Fallen,or Eliksni as they call themselves, were protected by the traveler in a planet similar to earth. Everything was calm when suddenly a disaster occurred. They called it the Whirlwind. The Eliksni that survived realized that the traveler was gone. They became a society based on piracy with an major objective: acquire the great machine (the traveler). That's why they're in our solar system. In my opinion what caused the Whirlwind was Orix's crusade. If you want to understand this better go read the book of sorrows. It all becomes more clear.

I think the Exo Stranger was built by Preyadeth (I think that's right.) After all, she isn't forged in light. She obviously is connected to the vex. So I think Preyadeth built her from the vex parts he could find.
-
I feel like kabrs fireteam wasn't just 3, I think it's 4 and exo stranger was wiped from time as no one knows who she is but she's obviously got a feud with the Vex
-
Pahanin was ended once he escaped the Vault and was confronted be the one and only Dredgen Yor and his dreaded Thorn.
