This is ridiculous every time I try to play Destiny it says I am not signed in when I clearly am on xbox one. My connection is perfectly fine and I have already tried unplugging the xbox, signing in and out, resetting, everything. I have had this problem A LOT more recently and Destiny is becoming literally unplayable... A few of my friends have uninstalled. I have stuck with this game since year one and never had this problem... If anybody else has problems like this and knows how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it if you could comment how I can get this resolved.

I've been seeing this message several times the past few days, "ATTENTION : You must be connected to Xbox Live to play Destiny", however upon dismissing it the game would still load up as normal. Tonight though i'm getting the message again and it won't let me log in at all. Tried unplugging the console and restarting etc' but no luck. Other games working fine, just not Destiny it seems. I'm a UK player, not sure if that has any relevance to this problem.

Hey, I your Xbox live subscription is out of date please renew it. If this not the case continue to restart your game clear your systems cache. And if all of that doesn't work your will have to contact Xbox support. Clearing systems cache https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=12539 Xbox Support http://support.xbox.com

I got the same message 3 times this weekend on PS4. All I did was "Close application" and restarted the game. The connection issues with this game is getting discouraging

Edited by RedPhoenix HD: 7/18/2016 9:19:13 PMThis will be either an XBL issue or a routing issue finding XBL. Since everything for Destiny is stored against your XBL profile on XBL cloud server storage, it (the game) has to connect to a number of aspects of XBL services. If it cannot get contact to one or more services, this message starts showing up. Bungie will start investigating it and pull in more resources as they figure out the issue. If it is routing they may not be able to do much except contact their providers and see what they can find out from upstream. If it is XBL services, they may not even be aware yet, but I have loaded the XBL status age a few times and sometimes it loads ok and other times it loads without data - which tends to indicate the beginning of an issue. There are a few threads regarding this on the front of the Help forum so it will be looked at. Most of the time all they can do is get hold of their contacts upstream and at XBL though.
