You: PVE only? PVP only? Both? doesn't matter. just be a level-headed adult that is addicted to this game. We don't recruit often as we prefer to stay mid size. Not too big that you lose the sense of family but big enough that there is normally enough people on that you don't have to turn to LFG. 50 people might sound like a lot to some but we all work as well has have families so there are only so many on simultaneously. The mixed timezones help for people on different shifts or when the US guys get home early or when the UK guys stay up late they will still have people to team up with. Mix of PVE and PvP We have some that avoid the crucible while we have some that go flawless every weekend. Maybe you already do 3x raids per week or maybe you still need to learn the mechanics.
