So, I've been running a few Crucible matches with my Gunslinger main and naturally I try to get the best out of my Throwing Knife melee. For the past few matches I've noticed that the Incendiary Blade perk, which activates a burning dot effect to throwing knives, isn't activating nearly as much as it should. I've been landing consecutive body shots and multiple times the dot effect does not activate. I can clearly see the damage numbers pop up when the knife initially lands a hit, but the ticks are not showing from when the dot should be hitting. Could this be some sort of visual error where the ticks are not showing up on the screen or is it some sort of bug where the dot simply refuses to activate? I'm not noticing any change in the opposing players' health bars either. I'd appreciate it if someone could either confirm/disconfirm this or even look into it as it already kinda sucks that knives seem to be getting watered down more and more. Thanks.
