emotes help?
is there any way to replace the default dance with a purchased one so you can use an actual emote for the left d-pad space?

Unfortunately only the one direction is interchangeable with your emotes... I'm really hoping for d-pad mapping in Destiny 2. Heck, we might even see it in Rise of Iron! It'd be so great to have a customizable emotes combination!

No there is not. You can only replace one emote, that being the one on the right d pad.
