So I have noticed after the April update and blowing past the light cap of 330, the loot sources that actually help my light significantly dropped. It went from 9 to 5. Before 330 you could get good loot from faction packages, and also from crucible endgame drops (correct me if I'm wrong). Once going past 330 I lost viable loot sources of vanguard, crucible, and faction packages. Now I can grind for exotics, wait till the weekend for ToO and the occasional IB to pop up, do heroic strikes and pray to rngeesus for 335 strike exclusives, or grind CoE for the go-to-orbit items. Having all legendary item loot sources have the cap of the maximum light level would be amazing, and open up more possible beneficial activities. (Also a reminder that the remaining sources are all RNG, and you still have to grind which gets tedious). Summary: make all loot sources have a light cap of 335 or nah?
