  • Sent 3 messages/emails/tickets and have heard no reply from anyone from Bungie's (they should be renamed "Blunder"...) customer service. Made the order on 7/7/2016...and it's already 7/20/2016. For future orders, I may not come back to your store due to this experience. If you guys could just get this fixed, it would be appreciated.

      • I have sent 4 emails to bungie about the 7-7 emblem code that has still not arrived. I ordered my moments of triumph the first day, yet all my friends got them an I didn't. Bungie needs to figure this out.

      • This is the fifth messege I have sent with zero replys. On top of the 7-7 emblem not being dilivererd in game i am now notified by email that the book I ordered will not arrive when it was promised. I payed for 2 day shipping (this is an additional fee) so my questions to you are as follows: 1: wI'll I ever get the 7-7 emblem in game or not? 2: when will my purchase be delivered? 3: will you refund the extra money I spent on 2 day delivery? I would also like to comment on the unprofessional conduct of your customer service seeing as you have not replyed to my previous corrospondace,(aside from generic cut and paste replies) nor have you addressed any of my issues. I hope (but at this rate have zero faith) that I'll get a response here.

          • Hi there BUNGIE I need your help with my order, Iv been trying to buy this T-Shirt since I heard about The Emblem which came with this T-shirt fro destiny Game, now for some strange reason whenever i went on checkout it just wouldn't Buy... If you check your records you can see when I filled the cart... Now yesterday It finally let me buy the shirt but now i dont get the Emblem,, just not fair I was doing nothing wrong but I want that Emblem pleaseeeeeee, Would you be kind enough to let me have it as that was the whole reason for this Purchase but it just wouldn't go through.. im making a Sad face while i type if your interested... :-( Kind regards SkyShazad

          • I placed my order for the MoT and another shirt on 7/7 charge was accepted on 7/8 and have yet to even receive a shipping confirmation email. I have emailed the bungie store and received no answer back. I understand delays even though I never received anything saying there would be one but exactly how long are you guys planning on taking? Should at least be refunded the two day shipping I opted for.

                  • I placed 2 separate orders for the destiny pin and another for the MoT t-shirt. I got confirmation emails for both and the 7-7 emblem codes for both. Am I to receive a shipping email so I cam track them? Destiny pin was ordered on the 8th and the t-shirt on the 9th. When am I getting my orders?

I am becoming very frustrated about this because you all were quick to charge the credit card, but haven't sent any order confirmation or the emblem code.

                      • Store said it did not accept my zip code so it didn't go through with the purchase. So I tried to check my address a couple times to see if it would work, and had the same problem. However, I checked my bank account and there were multiple withdrawals from my account from the bungie store. I did not receive any confirmation from the store website or an email from the store saying that these purchases went through. I would like the extras cancelled and the money back in my account. Please and thank you.

                        When will bungie store ship out the items I bought on the 7th of July? I purchased the Tricorn pin and the Bungie Foundation Pin and none of them have been shipped yet. I sent a couple of emails to orders@bungiestore.com and I haven't received a reply. Maybe it's because I picked USPS and the orders that are being given priority are the UPS orders.
