Hello SocialBatMan, Unfortunately this is as far as you can effectively get using only matchmade activities. While it's true the PoE 41 can drop items up to 320 it will seldom do so. The best way for you to break through to higher light levels is to start doing endgame activities like Challenge of the Elders, King's Fall Hard mode, Trials of Osiris, and Iron Banner. Arguably the fastest way is to do all of these as much as you can on that character. And even when you've completed your Challenge of the Elders card you can continue to get ghost shells and class items of equal or higher light level and from the Court of Oryx (Tier 3 boss) you can continue to get equal or higher level artifacts. For other items another way you can get higher level is by grinding for Exotic Engrams using Three of Coins. Exotics will always decrypt at equal or higher light level to the character they're decrypted on. Hope this helps :D

Try to do hard mode or even normal kings fall and that should help you get the missing light you need

Iron Banner will (hopefully) be back next week. It will be dropping scout riffles, machineguns, helmets and class items up to 6 points above your current light level all event long. As your light level increases, so do the potential drops. Make it to rank 3 and you'll get a 320 artifact. Get to rank 5 and you'll get a 320 ghost and a random weapon or armor of up to 335 light. After 5, ghosts join the loot pool.

It's time for Kings Fall Raid. Normal mode should get you to 320 relatively quickly. Also, rank up packages from factions, vanguard and crucible will drop gear higher than your current light level.. up to 330.
