Stealth nerf to Bladedancer's Encore duration increase

So I was doing some testing with the new damage increase of Bladedancing in conjunction with Encore when I noticed that the duration increase now procs only once per attack. Is that strange? Well, no. But here's the stealth nerf. Before the patch, Razor's Edge would increase the duration of Bladedance on every kill it got, essentialy making it possible to infinite Bladedance if you could kill enough enemies with a single Razor's Edge slice. Now after the patch Razor's Edge will now only increase the duration for one kill, no matter how many enemies you kill with one Razor's Edge slice. I do not know if this was intended Bungie or not, but if so, it would've been nice if they included it in the patchnotes.
