I have been thinking on this for a while and I would like some feedback from the community on this. We all have a love/hate relationship with Destiny/Bungie and I think that if some of these ideas made it to light, the game would shine a whole lot more. 1: Bonds, Cloaks and Marks - these should have the ability to change color with the players chosen shader. 2: Artifacts - All activities should have a decent chance of dropping a useful Artifact with decent light, not just raids or trials, if at all. 3: Ghosts - How is it that in a game where we live and respawn with a Ghost but they only drop at high light from very few sources? 4: Glimmer - Why is there a glimmer cap and why is it sometimes a grind to get it? It is barely useful and when it is useful it can be in short demand. I have never heard of a bank saying, "You have too much money and we cannot accept more." 5: Legendary Marks - The cap should be raised or removed because there is no real need for it. I want to be able to buy things when I want because I have more than enough marks to buy one gun. 6: Vendor Stock - Can we get this to rotate every couple of weeks or so? Weapons from the gunsmith have different rolls each week so this is possible. 7: Heroic Strikes - We should earn 5 marks for each strike completed and there should be no cap on marks earned from strikes. This would encourage more people to play strikes and have the added benefit of incentive. 8: Heroic Strikes - Bring all of them forward from Year 1. 9: Trials Of Osiris - Why does this activity drop light level 260 gear as a random reward? Iron Banner does better and so does regular Crucible. 10: Reputation - Make all Vendors and Factions have the same reputation required to level up and offer up enough activities to gain rank at an equal rate. 11: Materials - Increase the drop rate of materials like spinmetal and weapons parts. I shouldn't have to grind for blues to barely get by. 12: Infusion - Why does infusing weapons into weapons or armor into armor require said material in addition to the material that gear already has? 13: Crucible - Weekly Crucible and Daily Crucible should reward players with marks after each win. Nobody works for free so why would I not receive pay for doing work? 14: Enemy Combatants- Why are Level 6 enemies in the Cosmodrome capable of damaging me? I cannot easily go up against a Level 6 Knight using melee only? There needs to be proper scale to level and damage regarding enemies. These are rather minor changes that would not harm anybody. Nobody would stand to lose anything at all with these implemented. Everybody would stand to gain a lot more and further incentivize consistent gameplay. Give us the resources to be legend!
