I need to contact bungie via email or a gm can answer please I really need to contact someone !!

They dont care about you or that your codes dont work. We have all been posting our questions and comments and feedback for a while now and nothing. Look at the forums. Look at their fb and their twitter. So many questions and comments. Like red bar problems and nothing. They wont reply or comment. Nothing. But yet they post their new expansion pre order stuff. They only care about what can make them money and what else they can make. Give up its hopeless. Which is why i no longer play anything bungie. They are a sad and pathrtic company with no concerns for us or any decency for the people who have made them literally millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars. Heck they wont even install dedicated servers for pvp on destiny. I guess its too much money for them. Sad so yeah bungie can suck a fat one

4 RepliesHello, Bungie has no public access email. These forums are your best bet for talking to a Bungie representative. If you need help with an issue, there are plenty of community volunteers that would love to assist. Is there anything I can possibly help with?

2 RepliesI DON'T UNDERSTAND?!I brought a NEW version of Destiny The Taken King Legendary edition and the codes do simply not work! I followed all the steps on the back of the codes but it still does not work! Why is this? P.S: Im a PS4 user

If you feel you need to PM someone you can reach out up DeeJ or even Cozmo. However, they are busy and may receive more PMs then they can read quickly. So be aware of that.
