EVERY game WITHOUT FAIL i am either on the worst team the history of bad teammates or on a team where i can't get a kill b/c i have the best teammates in all of the world stealing every kill possible and dominating the enemy team. soooo it's either be the best person on my team b/c they suck or be at the bottom due to my teammates dominating. this "ELO rating" sucks as a matchmaking system. while it may sound good on paper, when actually matching ppl using this system, it doesn't work. I propose that you either reset k/d each month and match ppl based on k/d or reset the elo each month. This way it will be up-to-date info. After all EVERYONE sucks at a game at first, they get used to the gameplay and controls, then they find a gun they like and they start to dominate, so having the bad matches from when they started the game mixed into the calculations with the new, amazing k/d completely skews how good the player actually is. EX: in black ops 2, i was going negative every single game until i eventually leveled up enough to get a new weapon that i tried out and loved, since then i went around 20/5 every game without fail just dominating the competition. my k/d was around a .7 b4 i found that gun, but i never got my k/d above around a 1.3 k/d due to all those deaths from those hundreds of games before i found a good gun for me. had the game used a k/d reset each month, i would probably have atleast 5.0 or higher. Please anyone who is a game developer of any kind, take in what i have said here and make multiplayer something to love not hate. let us finally play against ppl of our skill level not outrageously higher than us or so low, you would think that a baby was handed the controller and just tapped random buttons. Bungie, please if you are not going to place this kind of matchmaking system into destiny atleast put it into destiny 2.
