So, after whatever our last expansion is, who do you guys think we're going to be faced with in Destiny 2? We've been given clues and hints throughout the last two years but it could be anyone to be honest, here I'll give my reasons for each of the polls. The Wyrm Gods/Ahamkara Although not confirmed, it is speculated that the Ahamkara and the Wyrm Gods are one and the same. And which one of us doesn't want to fight some giant space dragons ?! After destroying one of their most powerful hosts, the Wyrms may be looking for a new one, and who better than Oryx's murderer ? And when we refuse, they go all Smaug on our asses. The Nine To be honest, we know almost nothing about this lovely Jovian bunch, but what we do isn't that reassuring of their allegiances. They let Skolas free and seemingly weren't attacked by Oryx on his way to us. This could mean they were in cahoots, or they're so powerful, The Taken King feared them. Savathûn Oryx's deceitful sister and 'Mother' of the Hive, Savathûn has seemingly disappered since her, Oryx and Xivu Arath split. The only contact we have had with her is through her son Malok, who although slightly underwhelming, was only a spy and assassin for her. Now when she sends a 1000ft Orge after us, then we're -blam!-ed. Xivu Arath The General of the 3 siblings, Xivu Arath hasn't been talked about very much, and could possibly join her sister in killing us, but we'll have to wait and see. Nokris Possibly Crota's brother, maybe his sister or even Mother, near to nothing is known about Nokris, except he/she is alive, and probably thirsty for some Guardian blood. The Vex Our first major villains, The Vex hold a special place in all our hearts (or engines for you exos). Now we've destroyed many of their minds and their God, they're probably a bit pissed. The Cabal So far, these giant armoured turtles are our most likely candidates as we've basically obliterated their forces in our system, and now their emperor is on his way. And I want some Cabal armour god damn it ! Anyway, I honestly think Destiny 2 will begin with the destruction of the Tower and the City, but before our death by whatever our foe is, we get saved by our old friend the Stranger. We then go on an adventure to find a way to defeat out foe, reclaim our home and avenge the dead. Post any other ideas or thoughts below. But whatever it is, we must get ready Guardians...
