Friends list
It's gone again and yes I know join from your PSN or chat well that only works if the fireteam is set to public. I don't get why this started happening or why it has not been fixed yet. It is such an inconvenience that I would rather turn the game off and only play when I have my friends list.

Its just a little but you should just go back out of your inventory and open it again that could work (it works on my account ) or just wait a few minutes its not completly away
