first ever american man gets successful penis transplant.

guy[i] lost his dick[/i] to cancer(cringe),as the only remaining viable treatment was amputation that left him with a [i]1 inch stump[/i], now has a donor organ reattached to his stump.
A Chinese man who lost his in an industrial incident was the world first for the procedure, but it caused psychological problems for him so he had to have it reversed.
A South African man who underwent a traditional tribal circumcision that resulted in a lost of his dick to infection was the first successful penis transplant patient in the world in 2015, and successfully fathered a child after the surgery.
Never before has the procedure successfully been performed in the US. this is a huge deal for medical technology.
