So, last night I was running some Vanguard bounties when I was hit up with a random game invite. I joined since I had nothing else to do. I was met by a young man, about 14, that had never run the [b]King's Fall Raid[/b]. He asked if I would help him run it and if I had anyone else that would be willing to help out. I said that I would help and that we should look on the forums. I put out a dozen or so posts on the Xbox 360 Recruitment posts and was hit up with a few great fellow vets that were more than patient with this kid. We ran from start all the way to Oryx last night and are going to finish tonight. I just want to send a very special thank you on behalf of this first time raider [b]Ab0utRuby[/b] to the three vets that took their time and were patient with him even when he would mess up or not make the jumps or just forget completely what he was supposed to do. Hearing him gasp and sputter with excitement at seeing the War Priest, Golgoroth, and Oryx for the very first time made my night. He kept saying over and over that this was the greatest moment he has ever had playing Destiny. For a first time raid with this kid, we made pretty good time. Got to Oryx in two or three hours. We had a few patches that tested our patience, but in the end it was worth it.
