Legendary engrams
When I turn in legendary engrams and happen to get an exotic out them they are always 300 light even though I am 335 just curious if this is only happening to me or is this just the level the decrypt.

That's the standard exotics at legendary stat. Worst of both worlds.

Same happens to me. Also I have finished all quest lines and am 335 on all characters but still get green engrams dropping in missions. Also my blue come out up to 315-320 but the legendary are never more than 290 which surprises me as thought legendary was better than rare?
