Broken Exoctic Class Armor Quest.
I recently acquired the quest for my Titan's exoctic class armor and the progression for both PvE and PvP do not register.
I went into the Heroic Vanguard Strikes, went through three with no results and I am [i]ASSUMING[/i] it'll do the same for the Crucible. I'm irritated, I don't want all my efforts going to waste. What can I do to fix this?

The Spectar class items, even faction, do not work for the quest.
