For instance light, wep, armor? Or experience. What ever happened to helping a fellow guardian out?
These days people stick to their regulars and give the under-lighted, lack-of-knowledge, missing a weapon guardian the thank you come again your not wanted shoulder.
Is it necessary for others to struggle, to get that end game experience and to get kick ass rewards and up the light that so much other players been hoping for?.
Recruiting or being recruited is a hassle for other players these day also.

I haven't raided a whole lot, but I don't think raiding with someone who can't pull their own weight is enjoyable. Played w two people who lived in the same house on my first Kings fall, oh my god she would not stop screeching at him for telling her what to do and she kept getting on her plate on golgoroth at the wrong time and stepping off when she was supposed to be on it. And then she blamed it on the rest of us like tf you doing chick. Idk. You just gotta listen and work and not bullshit around.

I posted on here looking for a team today for sister and oryx and a guy messaged me wanting to join and I figured he was newer but I think it was his 1st or 2nd time beating the raid ever. But he was open that he didn't know what to do and we helped him. We had one quit after wiping a couple times, but we found another and we stayed till we beat it. Not sure why he didn't go beat on normal several times before he tried it on hard but hopefully he got some good stuff (he was 318)

At reset damn right you better know what to do,want those 3 runs to go fast and easy. The rest of the week when my sh*t is finished I'll help out if I got time.

I will carry lower light/experience guys but when people don't listen and continue to make the same mistake, yes, i get a little edgy. That said, sherping people is some of the best stuff.

Helping is ok but look up a -blam!-ing video first

I just want to get it done as enjoyably, as well as efficiently, as possible. Wiping over and over isn't fun. If you can't pull your weight you have no business complaining about people's patience for you.

In a raid like Crota's End, you literally only needed two people who knew what they were doing, and you brought whoever else along for the ride. King's Fall holds everyone accountable for the team's success.

Yeah it is. Did hard mode with a 332 a couple days back that had no idea what the hard mode even was, and lied about it. You ain't got over 10 completions, you're not raiding with me.

Eh, I don't really raid, but for me light level and gear is less important than whether or not your voice annoys me on the mic. If you have an annoying voice or speech mannerisms I'm gonna pass. Other than that I'm pretty easy.
