Quitting Strikes
Its so annoying when you join a strike and 2 people leave. Can bungie create a system where if you quit within the first minute or two of a strike it gives you a cooldown before you can rejoin to prevent people from quitting?

They could implement a time penalty like in DC Online... if you abandon a Raid you get a Time penalty before you can join any other activity
