With only one chance to get heavy in PvP, doing this stupid rocket test went from a silly waste of time to impossible.
Please remove the heavy weapon test for crucible for the rocket launcher, and replace with some weapon other we can actually test (preferably in PvE, instead).
Food for thought the next time you nerf ammo supply...

Same for swords! Anyway, the whole idea of having to play Crucible to get something is bullshit. Why should I be forced to play Crucible?

This rocket was THE most annoying weapon I've ever tested. NEVER doing that trash again

best place to try this would be in mayhem modes, which were unaffected by the heavy ammo changes.

Solution: Don't attempt it for the week. Bungie uses DATA for updates more so than they do requests. If you stop trying, they will know something is up.

Crucible quests just plain suck and were poorly implemented from the start.

Also, i don't use machine guns, but why are there none for sale on the arms days?

I have made countless posts about this even before the April nerf. Now I don't touch them. Simply not worth the stress.

Good point, i never go and do it myself because trying to get specifically rocket kills takes too long in comparison to the other weapons, and making only ONE spawn of heavy just makes it atrocious. Maybe they could make the weapons a sort of package as well? Give you choice for PvE or PvP related killing, or even different choices on what to gain "telemetry" from in your murder sprees, at least for PvE? Just thinking out loud ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I finished this test gun yesterday in the Crucible. not gonna lie, it definitely took some time. I wouldn't necessarily mind this kind of gun to test if it offered some more rep once completed. I was stoked to finally finish it after about 15 matches, but it only gave me 200 rep for the Gunsmith, which is the same that the auto rifle gave me once I completed that in about a match and a half. Certainly left me feeling disappointed. The reward was definitely not worth the grind.

the fallen captains sniper is what I would say is the longest of the pve test guns, and that takes maybe 15 minutes from orbit to completion. the crucible guns should be set up with a similar time expectation. the auto rifle is, I had it done in 2 matches. but the launcher is a joke.

Same with the sword kills - '25 sword kills in Crucible' quest.........nigh on impossible anyway to catch people and be close enough to do sword damage, and now, there's no ammo!
