Bungie, this is not my job to prove this to you. You can verify this information yourself with Microsoft Customer Support. Stop telling me to secure my account when it was never compromised. My Xbox was in my vehicle (because I was driving to work) therefore it was never online at the time of deletions. This is not a "he said/she said" situation. Everything I have said is 100% true and I have documentation to back it all up. Not only have I lost 2 characters due to either a rouge employee or a system error, but I've had to pay money for TWO level 25 boosts just so I can get back into the game. Please see my album and realize that there is something very wrong with this situation and come to the conclusion that this is not a case of self / accidental deletion. I hate to be this petty over a video game, but as you can see from my achievements, I just started playing in September and have already logged 600+ hours. Please investigate / escalate this further because any competent person can see there is more going on here.
