taken lieutenants not spawning in Rocket Yard
Taken Lieutenants are not spawning in Rocket Yard on earth. 2 spawn, but a thrid message saying the Major has spawn appears but does not spawn.
I have been trying to get the Ultra spawn there and have been threw several events today, and it is always the same issue
