We don't have a hefty list of criteria you have to meet or anything, but what few rules we do have we're relatively strict about. 1. [b]Patience is a must.[/b] You should know right out the gate that we don't shy away from teaching opportunities. We don't want to succeed at the expense of any one member's ability to grow and get better at the game. 2. [b]Be respectful.[/b] Joking, trash talking, all great. Start insulting someone beyond the realm of good fun, you're out. Don't be a turd to a teammate...it's just common courtesy. 3. [b]Soft age minimum of 20 years old.[/b] This one we can be flexible with. The main things we're trying to avoid are pre-pubescents that learned how to curse from Urban Dictionary and pubetics that are unable to reign in their hormonal fury. Our primary reason for creating this group is so that we don't have to rely on LFG to round out our fireteam. Team Good Not Great isn't about completing raids in record time or maintaining an inhuman K/D ratio in PvP. If that's all you care about, good on ya and bye bye. If you can handle our three gimmes and like the cut of our jib, shoot us an invite. Before we accept said invite, however, we'll want to communicate with you and possibly do a trial run of some sort. We don't have to do anything intensive or anything; this isn't a bloody employment application or whatnot. We'll just patrol for a bit, maybe do a match or two in crucible or something.
