So I just had an idea come to me out of the blue while playing bladedancer for the first time in a long while.. I said to myself "hm I wonder if people are still asking/wondering why Titans can't blink?" And then it hit me O_O
...
Why not introduce a new exotic Titan armor that replaces sholder charge for a very short distance blink?!? I was thinking of calling the perk "Discharge" :)
(Keep in mind that I am not saying that the Titans are in need of a blink this is merely an idea in which I wanted to share and get an opinion from the community and maybe developers)
So what are your thoughts? Like? Dislike? Please share why ;)
Edit: this is an idea for an exotic, so in no way (obviously) will it permanently replace your shoulder charge. This could just introduce a new play style. I think it would be cool to be in front of someone one minute, and then suddenly appear behind them the next and shoot 'em in the back.

I doubt any self respecting titan would trade an awesome shoulder charge for a pussy's blink.
-
Probably have it replace their normal jump option so its useful for all three subclasses and doesn't remove shoulder charge.
-
Not a bad idea but I just don't think it fits the character. No disrespect but I think the twilight garason takes care of any needs a titan would have... Still haven't gotten mine yet :(

Titans are tanks they don't blink...leave that to the girls in dresses and ballerinas with blades
-
No we don't need blink because Titans only move forward. We charge head on because we want you to see your imminent death approaching as you get trucked by a shoulder charge and crushed into a wall.
-
Shoulder charge is actually the result of a titan blinking. Their armour is too heavy so an attempted blink results in shoulder charge.
-
Eh would rather be able to tear enemies apart than blink. Lame my titan can't rip throats out
-
This idea reminds me of the time I traded in my Maserati for a moped.

We need something that just gives us blink. No tradeoffs except we lose our "lift" jump. Hopefully cool AF legs.
