This has been an issue for a couple weeks now, and Bungie needs to know so that they can fix it. My issue is when I click that little globe with the red numbers on it, it'll pull up the notifcatikn tray normally, but will search for awhile and tell me that the notifications could not load. I've tried it on data and on Wifi. Please bump so that Bungie reads this.
