Halo 2... How do I install the map maker/maps ?!?

I installed Halo 2 and my copy came with a "forge" feature and maps... I didn't install them, instead I installed Halo 2 PC first... NOW, I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSTALL FORGE AND the maps... does anyone know how to download the map maker/maps AFTER intalling halo 2... Thank you... [Edited on 12.25.2010 7:03 AM PST]
