Disembodied Soul and how do I report him?
this guy Disembodied Soul reported me, and gave me a warning, and a 3 day sentence, and I did nothing to him, I don't even know him, so how do I report him, because he's being kind of a ass

It is programed to send you a pm every single time a Bungie.net moderator gives you a warning or a ban. Now if your wondering how this bot posted on the forums here, I assume that a Bungie Employee (assuming that it's Achronos) would log on to the account and post some scary messages. However The Disembodied Soul hasn't posted in years.
