Anyone get a random package from the Postmaster today?

I got a package from my Hunter (Nightstalker Package), opened it and all the items require me to have the Collectors Edition to equip them. What is the point of this? Anyone else get one?

if you signed in on somebody elses system, and this person has CE, then you will get the items and not be able to equip
