Well you don't get it to become a 'sticky'. If your subject applies to the majority of the people in the thread and the moderators feel it should 'stick' around for a bit, then they will sticky it. If it doesn't apply at large, or is questionable, they may not stick it. They can also unstick it as well. But you should never expect for something to become sticky, the mods will make it sticky if it suits the Forum to do so.
