This glitch was so creepy... It was in Oblivion the Shivering Isles DLC. I had recently beaten Jyggalag and when I went into Sheogorath's palace, he was sitting in his throne staring at me. When I attempted to run towards him, he disappeared and audio of him laughing was playing.
I love that daedric prince.
