Idk about glitches but I really enjoyed the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood quest lines in Oblivion. They were way better than the ones in Skyrim. I was disappointed when I realized they weren't in ESO.

There is an expansion coming dedicated to the Thieves Guild

They are actually adding atleast tdb into eso. Idk when.

I heard that as well. I think it's not until Q1 or Q2 of next year
