I did everything and nothing works
Hey! Im level 31 and still no legendary enegrams. i´ve tried farming and playing vangard and crucible as hell and still nothing.
Ideas?

Well since all the legendary items in TTK requires you to be lv40 before you can use them there is no reason for them to drop for you at the moment, but once you hit 40 you will start having them drop. To put it in perspective in Vanilla there is no way to acquire a legendary item until you hit lv20 (Yr1 max level) just focus on completing the quests and bounties and you will be lv40 in no time
