Can't connect to Destiny

Hello. I am having trouble trying to play Destiny. I haven't played in a couple of days and today I have tried to sign on to play but I keep on getting this message, "You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." I do not understand why I am getting this message. I have never received this message ever before. I am the only one signed into my account on PS4 and I currently have PS+ active. I am hoping that my account is not banned because I have done nothing wrong to be banned. My PSN name is Kirtko_BANGZzZ. Please help!

Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.

      A lot of times this is related to cached connection data. Exit Destiny. Shut the console down completely (hold power button for 5+ seconds until it goes off) Unplug the console from the power for about 10 minutes so it clears all caches and forgets the connection data. After that plug it back in and try again.
