I don't post often (more like ghost the forums). Basically you watch the forums (we are listening guardians) but the complaint is that you don't really answer. Which in turn gives the populace, as a whole, the feeling of beating there heads against the wall. Suggestion is to get forum moderators. More than the stealth ninjas. People to go yep, we heard you, I've passed it along the chain. (The thief forums, dragonrealms are examples) have them report to a couple of people that can pass it to other people, or give a response back to your moderator to share. And you could ask them to be volunteers. Make them sign a digital contract so your emails don't get floated out ect. The whole point is to SHOW that you are listening to the community. (More than you are) Open the lines of communication instead of throwing a note in a bottle over a brick wall.
