Paradox is Daily Heroic again, comprehensive ghost video guide
If you still need the four grimoire cards or just want to get the ghost, check out this video. it might help.
(And to start the No Time To Explain Quest.)
EDIT: Your fireteam cannot wipe within a darkness zone. you will have to restart.
EDIT x2: For the final part of the mission to get No Time To Explain. it may be beneficial to have one player on keeping the groundskeepers anger above 100% and everyone else doing as much damage as possible. Void exotic swords seemed to work well against enemies.
EDIT x3: Turning in your first ghosts today will not allow you to start the quest. The weekly reset is when you will get your quest for no time to explain
