Hi All,
I am hoping someone can help or clarify my problem with TTK access codes on PS4.
Some information:
- I have 2 PS4's ('A' and 'B')
- PS4 'A' is my designated primary PS4 platform
- PS4 'B' is for my kids and guests to play together
- I have purchased a TTK disk for 'A'
- Everyone can play TTK on 'A'
- My son wanted TTK exclusive materials so he purchased TTK digital-version and installed on 'B' under his account
- My son, who purchased and installed TTK on 'B' under his account, is the only one with access and can play TTK on 'B'
- I am denied access to play TTK on 'B'
- I tried to play TTK on 'B' using TTK disk from 'A' but it gave warning it would delete the TTK digital version
- I tried to 'rebuild/reinstate' licenses and agreements on both 'A' and 'B' but that did not help.
What can I do to fix this to allow myself and other users to access TTK on 'B'?
