Does dying in the Tower affect my K/D?
Yeah, I jump off a lot, and I spent a lot of time getting pushed off of that railing in the front of the tower.
People keep telling me that I have a K/D below 1, and I'm worried the Tower may have something to do with it.

Its strange that bungie cant do maths A K/D of 1 can be achieved by 1/1 or 1/0 But in the latter case, 1/0 is infinite (not 1) yet it still says 1??????

It actually does. Luke Smith posted on this last year. Something about an algorithm inherent to their proprietary game engine that actually multiplied dying at the tower to equate to ten deaths in the crucible. The weird part is, it only seems to affect the main area.

I don't know if you're serious or not, but if you're serious, then, no, dying at the tower won't affect your crucible k/d. It might affect your patrol k/d. I'm pretty sure it will reset your progress on "do X some number of times without dying" bounties.
