Easiest solution ever! If you quit a strike before it starts or before playing at least 15-20 minutes, everytime you go back to the strike playlist it'll give you the same strike at the same level until you complete it or at least put 15-20 minutes into it. There will be no weekly reset to this. The servers will remember it for as long as it takes. Problem solved.
