Is there a tunneling service (like XBC) for PCs?

XBC lets you play LAN games on your Xbox over the Internet. Is there a service like this for PCs? More specifically, is there one that supports Championship Manager 01/02. Any help would be appreciated.

LAN = local area network like a network you set up in your house connecting 2 computers directly together or two xbox together that are in the same area your not going over the internet to do this. The internet is a WAN = wide area network that is used to connect devices together over a large geographic area. To answer your question yes you can connect 2 PCs together you need a NIC card and or a router. As for the game it all depends if it supports multiplayer.
My networking knowledge is fine. Tunneling software, which is used to connect xboxes over the internet, tricks the hardware into thinking that it is connected on a LAN, when it is actually connected over the Internet. This allows people to play games like the first Halo online through the System Link option. This is not modding either. Have a look at xbox connect.
hey I learned something new today :) could you use something like a VPN?
