Did you take a look at all those awesome Y2 Exotic upgrades that you don't have to root around for blueprints that you have enough glimmer and shard to get right now. Oh, not 40? Yup. But what about your weekly nightfall ritual with your closest fireteam mates you can depend on to never get booted to orbit. You guessed it, 40 as well. So we get a week in a tweener state to wish that we were already at L40.
