Bungie warned us that on PS3 20 gbs of free space was required for download. Wired not WiFi will always be your best bet. Clean up your harddrive. Doing that will help with freezes, crashes etc. Place your PS3 outside the firewall of your Router. Commonly called the DMZ. Flip over your router, write down make and model. Search that company site for instructions to Log into your router. Doing this is same as forwarding all the Ports required by Bungie and Sony to have a trouble free gaming experience. If you had trouble on this patch, you will have trouble with The Taken King digital download. Get this stuff corrected, because if you have purchased a digital copy, you can set Playstation for Automatic Download and it will start early. Example : My House of Wolves downloaded at like 4 am on Monady and was ready that tuesday when servers came online. It is a wonderful feature. Good luck.

I have a stumper for you I was able to download everything after a couple days of frustration but got it. If I use my main titan character the system freezes after about 5 mins. So last night I tried my hunter and played for about 5 hrs without no problem. Anyone care to let me know what is going on.

I used a lan line and hooked my ps direct to my router, no error, but still took 6+ hrs to down load. Finally installing now. Try a hard line to router, worked for me.

Yes, first time almost finished and got an error. Other ps3 friends ha ing similar issues. Oy.
